在工作中,职务晋升是常事。领导晋升或调任常会留下空缺,这个空缺由同事填补的可能性最大。但是领导职务是一种稀缺资源,并不是所有在同一起跑线上的人都是幸运儿,因此出现你的好朋友上去你却还在原地的情况并不稀奇。最尴尬是你的好朋友兼同事一夜间成了你的顶头上司,这时如果你还是以原有的方式与他相处,你不仅会处处碰壁,就连你苦心经营的友谊也将荡然无存。现将本人的经验记录如下,与大家共勉。
Career promotion is a commonplace. Leading the promotion or reassignment often left vacancies that are most likely to be filled by colleagues. But leadership is a scarce resource. Not all people on the same starting line are lucky, so it’s not surprising that your good friend is up and you’re still there. The most embarrassing is that your good friend and colleague become your boss at night, and if you still get along with him in the original way, you will not only run into trouble, but even your painstaking friendship will disappear .
