采用改良Ｆｒａｎｚ扩散池法和人体剩余量法，研究如意金黄巴布剂中小檗碱的经皮渗透特性，ＨＰＬＣ法检测透过的小檗碱。结果表明：小檗碱可以透过皮肤而被吸收，其经皮渗透过程符合Ｈｉｇｕｃｈｉ方程，而且两种透皮试验方法具有良好的相关性。提示如意金黄巴布剂经皮渗透效果良好，适于经皮给药。体外透皮试验在一定程度上可以反映药物透皮吸收的真实情况。
The transdermal permeation characteristics of berberine in Ruyi golden patch agent were studied by modified Franz diffusion cell method and human residual method. The berberine was detected by HPLC. The results show that berberine can be absorbed through the skin, its permeation process is consistent with the Higuchi equation, and the two transdermal test methods have good correlation. It is suggested that the golden yellow cloth patch has good percutaneous penetration and is suitable for transdermal administration. The in vitro transdermal test can reflect the true condition of transdermal drug absorption to some extent.
