据报道,以往日本市场上进口鸡肉大都从每年5月进入“黄金周”后开始上涨,但今年年初日本市场上进口鸡肉价格就已开始上涨。近几年,由于中国、泰国、美国向日出口鸡肉急剧增加,日本市场上鸡肉价格长期低迷不振,但从去年开始鸡肉价格开始上扬。其原因是美国开始大力向俄罗斯、中东地区出口鸡肉,导致美国向日本出口鸡肉能力下降;泰国由于饲料价格及劳动力价格不断上涨,近几年鸡肉价格和中国产品相比已失去了竞争力,鸡肉出口量也在下降。因而日本市场上鸡肉供应转紧,导致价格上扬。

Thailand’s chicken meat prices have lost competitiveness in comparison with Chinese products in recent years due to rising feed prices and labor prices. Exports are also falling. As a result, the supply of chicken in the Japanese market has tightened, leading to higher prices.
