介绍了PcBN材料及其刀具的发展史,给出了制备PcBN的工艺流程及关键技术。通过大量实验数据总结出,作为合成PcBN的基本原料,cBN具有高的硬度和化学惰性。但高的化学惰性阻碍了晶格间的良好烧结,即cBN与cBN晶粒直接键合是十分困难的。分析了不同结合剂对制备PcBN的影响,介绍了金属结合剂及陶瓷结合剂对PcBN性能的影响,如:Al、B、AlN、TiN和WC等。最后对PcBN材料的发展作了展望。
The development history of PcBN material and its cutting tools is introduced, and the technological process and key technologies for preparing PcBN are given. Through a large number of experimental data concluded that, as a basic raw material for the synthesis of PcBN, cBN has high hardness and chemical inertness. However, the high chemical inertness hinders the good sintering of the crystal lattice, that is, it is very difficult to directly bond the cBN and cBN grains. The effects of different binders on the preparation of PcBN were analyzed. The effects of metal binder and ceramic binder on the properties of PcBN such as Al, B, AlN, TiN and WC were introduced. Finally, the development of PcBN materials is prospected.
