“裸官”问题是近年来反腐倡廉工作的一个难点和重点,“裸官”腐败现象也日益受到人们的关注。2010年,中央下发了《关于对配偶子女均已移居国(境)外的国家工作人员加强管理的暂行规定》和《关于领导干部报告个人有关事项的规定》,对加强“裸官”管理做出了具体规定。为了更好地学习贯彻中央规定,本刊特约了几位专家学者,对“裸官”腐败风险及预防,如何从源头上治理“裸官”腐败及加强“裸官”管理等问题进行了深入探讨,以飨读者。
