综述了33篇关于抗菌素药物所致不良反应的报道,共170例。其中青霉素类148例:青霉素G致过敏性休克5例、精神异常和嗜睡各1例,普鲁卡因青霉素致即刻全身反应70例,氨苄青霉素致药疹、药物热等71例;头孢菌素类3例:先锋必素致多系统出血1例,致急性粒细胞缺乏症1例,头孢唑啉致血小板减少性紫癜1例;氨基糖甙类5例:卡那霉素雾化吸入致过敏性休克1例,丁胺卡那霉素致急性肾功能衰竭及致精神异常各1例,庆大霉素致癔病样发作1例,
A total of 33 reports on adverse reactions caused by antibiotics were summarized, 170 cases in total. Including penicillin 148 cases: penicillin G-induced anaphylactic shock in 5 cases, 1 case of mental disorders and drowsiness, procaine penicillin caused immediate systemic reactions in 70 cases, ampicillin-induced drug rash, drug fever, such as 71 cases; cephalosporins 3 cases: vanguard-induced systemic bleeding in 1 case, 1 case of acute agranulocytosis, cefazolin-induced thrombocytopenic purpura in 1 case; aminoglycoside in 5 cases: kanamycin inhalation caused by allergic Shock in 1 case, amikacin-induced acute renal failure and induced mental abnormalities in 1 case, gentamicin-induced hysteria-like episode in 1 case,
