目的探讨氯吡脲对雄性SD大鼠青春期发育的干扰效应,为氯吡脲的安全性应用提供依据。方法对青春期前雄性大鼠进行试验,观察接触不同剂量(0.06、6、600 mg/kg·bw)的氯吡脲时,青春期雄性大鼠体重、包皮分离时间、脏器重量及系数、血清肝肾功、睾酮、促甲状腺激素等的变化,并对脏器进行组织学检查。结果与对照组相比,除高剂量组肝系数、肾系数明显增高(F=8.20,P<0.05;F=11.07,P<0.05),低剂量组总蛋白和白蛋白显著升高(F=6.83,P<0.05;F=6.71,P<0.05)外,各剂量组体重、包皮分离时间、脏器重量、睾酮含量等指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。组织学检查结果显示氯吡脲各剂量组大鼠重要脏器无损害性改变。结论氯吡脲对雄性SD大鼠青春期发育没有明显的影响。
Objective To investigate the interference effect of clomidine on adolescent development of male SD rats and provide the basis for its safety application. Methods Preadolescent male rats were tested. The body weight, prepuce separation time, organ weight and coefficient of adolescent male rats exposed to different concentrations (0.06,6,600 mg / kg · bw) Kidney function, testosterone, thyroid stimulating hormone and other changes, and organ histological examination. Results Compared with the control group, except for the high dose group, the renal coefficient increased significantly (F = 8.20, P <0.05; F = 11.07, P <0.05) 6.83, P <0.05; F = 6.71, P <0.05). There was no significant difference in body weight, prepuce isolation time, organ weight and testosterone content between the two groups (P> 0.05). Histological examination showed that each dose of clopirone dose of important organs of rats without damage. Conclusion Chlorpheniramine had no significant effect on puberty development in male SD rats.
