我院自1984年3月至1991年2月,对经全身放疗后的33例白血病患者进行了异基因骨髓、胎肝、自体骨髓和外周血干细胞移植治疗。29例患者用LMR-15 10MV X线照射,4例患者用clinac18008MV X线照射。单次全身治疗5例,分次全身治疗28例。总剂量5.5~6.5Gy,剂量率4~10Gy/min。放疗过程中用计量仪或热释光进行监督。33例治疗结果满意:7例胎肝移植者6例造血重建,4例获染色体植入证据。10例骨髓移植者中最长生存者已达5年。8例外周血干细胞移植者造血恢复仅34
In our hospital from March 1984 to February 1991, 33 patients with leukemia after systemic radiotherapy were allogeneic bone marrow, fetal liver, autologous bone marrow and peripheral blood stem cell transplantation. Twenty-nine patients were irradiated with LMR-15 10MV X-ray and four patients were clinically exposed with clinac18008MV X-ray. A single systemic treatment in 5 cases, 28 cases of systemic treatment. The total dose of 5.5 ~ 6.5Gy, dose rate of 4 ~ 10Gy / min. Radiotherapy using a gauge or thermoluminescence supervision. Thirty-three patients were satisfied with the results of the treatment: 6 cases of fetal liver transplantation in 7 cases were reconstructed with hematopoietic cells and 4 cases were obtained chromosomal implantation evidence. The longest survival in 10 bone marrow transplant recipients has been 5 years. 8 cases of peripheral blood stem cell transplant hematopoietic recovery only 34
