目的建立测定青阳参中青阳参苷元含量的方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Hypersil C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(1:1),流速为0.8mL·min-1,柱温为35℃,检测波长为259nm。结果青阳参苷元的质量浓度1.0~192.8μg·mL-1与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999,n=6),平均回收率为99.0%(n=9)。结论所用方法简单、快速、准确,可作为青阳参的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish a method for determination of aglycone content in Qingyang ginseng. Methods HPLC method was used. The column was Hypersil C18 column (150mm×4.6mm, 5μm). The mobile phase was methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid solution (1:1). The flow rate was 0.8mL·min-1. The column temperature was 35°C. The detection wavelength is 259 nm. RESULTS The mass concentration of Qinggan ginseng aglycone was 1.0 ~ 192.8μg·mL-1 and the peak area showed a good linear relationship (r = 0.9999, n = 6). The average recovery was 99.0% (n = 9). Conclusion The method used is simple, rapid and accurate, and can be used as a quality control method for Qingyang ginseng.
