建立了一种利用激光探针等离子体质谱技术同时原位测定锆石Pb- Pb 及Pb - U 年龄和25 个微量元素的快速分析方法。P 的检出限为14 μg/g ,Sc 的检出限为3 μg/ g,Rb、Nb、Ba 及稀土元素Nd 、Gd 、Dy、Er 及Yb 的检出限为0 .1 ~0 .3 μg/g ,Pb 的检出限0 .5 μg/g ,其它稀土元素及Sr、Y、Hf 、Ta 、Th 和U 的检出限为10 ~90 ng/ g 。方法对绝大多数微量元素的相对标准偏差为5 % ~15 % ;207Pb/206Pb 比值的测量精度为1 % ~3 % ,206Pb/238 U 比值的测量精度为2 %~10 % 。
A rapid method for the simultaneous determination of zircon Pb-Pb and Pb-U ages and 25 trace elements using laser probe-based plasma mass spectrometry was established.
