盐城市区迎宾大桥建于1995年,为下承式系杆拱结构,由于迎宾路拓宽改造等原因需拆除重建。通过对三种拆桥方案的对比,决定采用“浮式支架法”拆除,拆除采用逆向工序法。拆除的重点在合理安排各构件的拆除顺序和系梁的预应力安全释放。拆除的主要工序包括:浮船组拼及贝雷架搭设、内横梁拆除、支撑拱肋钢管支墩搭设、吊杆拆除、解除拱肋约束、拆除风撑及拱肋、拆除系梁和端横梁。迎宾大桥成功拆除的实践证明,“浮式支架法”方案拆除系杆拱桥是安全可行的,可以为其它系杆拱桥的拆除提供借鉴之处。
Yanbin City Yingbin Bridge was built in 1995, for the next-style tied arch structure, due to Yingbin Road to broaden the transformation and other reasons to be demolished and rebuilt. Through the comparison of the three kinds of bridge demolition plans, decided to use the “floating stent method” demolition, demolition using reverse process method. The focus of the dismantling is to reasonably arrange the dismantling order of each component and the prestressed safety release of tie beam. Demolition of the main processes include: pontoon grouping and berets erection, removal of the inner beams, supporting the arch rib pipe pier erection, removal of the boom, lifting ribs constraints, removal of wind and arch ribs, removal of beams and end beams. The successful demolition of Yingbin Bridge proves that the “floating support method” scheme is feasible and safe for dismantling the tie rod arch bridge, which can provide reference for the dismantling of other tied arch bridges.
