我院自1987年1月至1992年6月,对20例中下段直肠癌及5例多发性结肠息肉病患者,分别行全直肠或全结肠直肠切除,超低位端端吻合术,手术操作方便易行,效果良好,现报告如下。临床资料25例中,男19例,女6例。年龄20岁～65岁。20例直肠癌中,高分化腺癌5例,腺癌13例,腺瘤癌变2例。肿瘤距肛缘5cm～6cm7例,7cm～8cm9例,9cm～10cm4例。肿瘤侵犯肠腔周径, In our hospital from January 1987 to June 1992, 20 cases of middle and lower rectal cancer and 5 cases of multiple colon polyposis were treated with total rectal or total colorectal resection, and ultra-low end-to-end anastomosis was performed.
