本文叙述用二氧化铀在真空中碳热还原的方法制备碳化铀的工艺过程。在碳热还原反应的过程中,用钨-铼热电偶测得二氧化铀与石墨开始发生反应时的温度为1100℃。对碳化铀烧结块进行了碳含量的分析、金相组织观察、密度和孔隙度的测量,并用X射线衍射法定量地测定了一碳化铀的含量。
This paper describes the process of preparing uranium carbide by a carbothermal reduction of uranium dioxide in a vacuum. During the carbothermic reduction reaction, the temperature at which uranium dioxide reacts with graphite as measured by a tungsten-rhenium thermocouple was 1100 ° C. The carbonization of uranium carbide agglomerates was analyzed, the microstructure was observed, the density and the porosity were measured, and the content of uranium uranium carbide was quantitatively determined by X-ray diffraction.
