近几年各地进行了大规模的民用住宅建筑、由于工程速度快,用材多,所以木材的加工、干燥远远落后于建设的需要,造成很多木制门窗发生扭翘变形,使工程质量降低和导致甲乙方矛盾.木门窗扭翘变形的原因是多方面的,现作如下分析:一、木材的物理特性木材的物理性能在很大程度上取决于木材中水分的含量,含水率越高,制做成品越容易扭翘变形.建筑用木材含水率一般可分为三类:潮湿木材——含水率大干25%;半干木材——含水率为18~25%;干燥木材——含水率小于18%.
