1月4日,湖北省襄樊市襄城区人民法院下达判决书,判决襄樊市地富黄姜化工有限公司赔偿襄城区卧龙镇新建村经济损失15．975万元,赔偿东合村经济损失2．769万元,赔偿光明村经济损失2. 982万元。至此,在襄樊影响较大的“黄姜种植索赔案”终于告一段落,307户农民利益得到了维护,这背后也浸透襄城法官维护农民权益所付出的艰辛努力。
