目的 :探讨在高原建立富氧室对机体自由基代谢的影响。方法 :对海拔 370 0米高原的 10名健康青年在进入富氧室前后分别进行功率自行车递增负荷运动 ,检测血中超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH—Px)和丙二醛 (MDA)含量 ,结果 :富氧后运动较富氧前SOD、GSH—Px增高显著(P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1) ,MDA降低 ,有非常显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :高原富氧在能增强体内抗氧化酶活性 ,降低自由基产生 ,是一种较为理想的高原供氧途径。
Objective: To investigate the effect of establishing oxygen-enriched chamber on the metabolism of free radicals in the plateau. Methods: Ten healthy young people at an altitude of 370 0 meters were subjected to incremental power cycling exercise before and after entering the oxygen-enriched chamber. The levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px ) And malondialdehyde (MDA). The results showed that the activity of SOD and GSH-Px increased significantly (P <0.05 or P <0.01) and MDA decreased, P <0 0 1). Conclusion: Oxygen enrichment in the plateau is an ideal pathway for plateau oxygen supply, which can enhance the antioxidant enzyme activity and reduce the production of free radicals in the body.
