为探究不同香菇菌株出菇性状之间的联系,对68个香菇菌株进行栽培出菇试验,测量20个性状指标,采用spss17.0统计分析相关数据。20个出菇指标的方差分析结果,性状指标间存在显著性差异(p<0.05)。经相关性分析得到不同出菇性状之间的关联度;通过因子分析,将出菇性状指标归纳为6个主因子,包括:产效因子(F1),单菇质量因子(F2),菌丝菌棒互作效应因子(F3),着生及潮次因子(F4),营养生长因子(F5),以及结构因子(F6),用其可以解释73.22%的信息量。试验结果表明,出菇个数、原基期、菇峰期,以及表征单菇结构的性状,与产量的相关程度较高。
In order to explore the relationship between fruiting traits of different Lentinula edodes, 68 Lentinula edodes were cultivated and tested, 20 indexes of traits were measured, and the data were analyzed by SPSS17.0. The results of variance analysis of 20 fruiting bodies showed significant differences (p <0.05). Through correlation analysis, the correlation degree between different fruiting traits was obtained. Through the factor analysis, the main traits of fruiting traits were summarized as six main factors, including the efficiency factor (F1), single mushroom quality factor (F2), mycelium (F3), F4, F5 and F6, which can explain 73.22% of the information. The results showed that the number of fruiting bodies, primordial stage, mushroom peak, and characterization of single mushroom structure, the correlation with the yield is higher.
