介绍了新研制的预抽真空式可控气氛气体渗碳炉。该炉的前室为真空室，工件进炉后，对前室进行预抽真空，然后通入氮气，工作在氮气或滴注式气氛的保护下完成加热或淬火，实现了无氧化加热，消除了前室爆炸的危险，克服了进、出炉过程中火帘燃烧带来的热量和ＣＯ２气体排放的缺陷。加热室采用圆形炉膛结构，增加了气氛流动的合理性，提高了炉膛有效加热区内的温度均匀性。停炉时，没有炉膛氧化现象，大大减少了再次开炉时的炉膛时效时间，节省了能源，提高了设备的效率。

During shutdown, there is no furnace oxidation phenomenon, which greatly reduces the furnace aging time when the furnace is opened again, saves energy and improves the efficiency of the equipment.
