以磺胺甲噁唑为研究对象,建立化学原料药中总汞含量的测定方法。以微波消解法进行样品前处理,采用冷原子吸收光谱法测定,检测波长为253.7nm。在0—18ng.mL-1的浓度范围内,汞的吸光度与浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9996,平均加标回收率为112.7%,检出限为0.02μg.g-1。本法专属性好,灵敏度高,准确快捷,可作为化学原料药中总汞测定的通用方法,同时为药品质量控制提供依据。
Sulfamethoxazole as the research object, the establishment of chemical raw materials determination of total mercury content. The samples were pre-treated by microwave digestion and determined by cold atomic absorption spectrometry with a detection wavelength of 253.7 nm. In the range of 0-18ng.mL-1, the absorbance of mercury showed a good linear relationship with the concentration, the correlation coefficient was 0.9996, the average recovery was 112.7%, the detection limit was 0.02μg.g-1. This method has the characteristics of good specificity, high sensitivity, accuracy and quickness. It can be used as a general method for the determination of total mercury in chemical raw materials and provide the basis for the quality control of pharmaceuticals.
