架线式机车运送人员至终点停车后,当司机或跟车员下车去打开控制架线停送电的开关时,乘车人员可能在还未停电的情况下就自由下车,容易触及架线而触电。我矿架线电压高达600伏,曾发生过多次人身触电事故。《煤矿安全规程》第314条规定:“机车架空线必须设分段开关,人员上下车时必须切断该区段架空线电源。”根据这一规定,结合我矿实际情况,我们试制成功了“载波控制机车架空线停送电”装置(原理如附图),于1975年6月投入使用以来,效果很好。
