近几年的学生体质健康测试结果表明,我国学生的耐力、爆发力、力量、柔韧等素质呈继续下降趋势。中学生体质下降的问题正在受到教育、体育等部门和社会各方的关注。现阶段增加学生每天的锻炼时间是增强学生身体素质的关键。在新的素质教育形势下如何搞好学生早锻炼是关键,要学生自觉、自主地投身于早锻炼中去,提高早锻炼的质量,在早锻炼中受益,增强体质,培养终身体育思想。
