PI3K/Akt/mTOR信号途径作为细胞内重要信号转导通路之一,在维持细胞增殖、存活和凋亡中发挥关键作用。当PI3K/Akt/mTOR通路分子的基因功能失常、上游调控信号异常放大时使该信号通路异常激活,细胞生存与凋亡失衡,正常细胞发生恶性转化。研究表明,PI3K/Akt/mTOR信号通路在急性早幼粒细胞白血病存在异常激活,对肿瘤细胞的生存、增殖、分化、凋亡和耐药性中起重要作用。现就近年来在PI3K/Akt/mTOR信号通路与急性早幼粒细胞白血病关系研究领域的进展予以简要综述。
The PI3K / Akt / mTOR signaling pathway, as one of the important intracellular signal transduction pathways, plays a key role in maintaining cell proliferation, survival and apoptosis. When the gene function of PI3K / Akt / mTOR pathway molecule is abnormal, the signal pathway is abnormally activated when the upstream regulatory signal is abnormally enlarged, the cell survival and apoptosis are unbalanced, and the normal cells undergo malignant transformation. Studies have shown that PI3K / Akt / mTOR signaling pathway abnormal activation of acute promyelocytic leukemia plays an important role in tumor cell survival, proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis and drug resistance. Now in recent years in PI3K / Akt / mTOR signaling pathway and acute promyelocytic leukemia in the field of research advances are briefly reviewed.
