目的 探讨各类白血病的免疫表型的分布和特征。方法 用 11种单克隆抗体 (CD) ,用流式细胞仪对 17例白血病患者骨髓单个核细胞进行测定。结果 各型白血病主要表达本系列特异抗原 ,B -ALL可见表达髓系抗原 ,髓系也可见表达淋系抗原 ,M3 较少表达CD3 4和HLA -DR ;1例杂合型白血病 (HAL)表达CD+ 3 4CD+ 13 CD+ 3 3 CD+ 19。结论 白血病细胞具有高度异质性 ;FAB与免疫分型同时结合可互相补充 ,提高诊断率 ;HAL的诊断不能单纯靠免疫表型
Objective To investigate the distribution and characteristics of various types of leukemia immunophenotype. Methods Eleven kinds of monoclonal antibodies (CDs) were used to measure bone marrow mononuclear cells in 17 leukemia patients by flow cytometry. Results All kinds of leukemias mainly expressed this series of specific antigens. Myeloid antigens were expressed in B-ALL, lymphoid antigens were expressed in myeloid, M3 and HLA-DR were less expressed, and 1 case of heterozygous leukemia (HAL) CD + 3 4CD + 13 CD + 3 3 CD + 19. Conclusions Leukemia cells have high heterogeneity. FAB combined with immunophenotyping can complement each other and improve the diagnosis rate. The diagnosis of HAL can not rely on the immunophenotype
