目的:建立山东省正常少年儿童各骨龄分期内多项头影测量项目的正常值范围及标准差,研究其牙颌颅面生长发育规律,比较各骨龄分期间及性别间的差异。方法:选择172名山东籍汉族正常少年儿童,拍摄X线头颅定位侧位片,通过WinCeph7.0软件进行图像处理,对样本进行骨龄分期及定点测量,采用SPSS 18.0软件包对数据进行统计学处理。结果:男性面型轮廓整体较女性大;下颌平面随生长发育发生逆时针旋转,男性较女性为甚;男性上前牙较女性唇倾,下前牙较女性直立,突度均随着生长发育逐渐减小;男性下唇较女性厚。结论:建立山东省正常少年儿童各骨龄分期内多项头影测量项目的正常值范围及标准差,并得出山东省正常少年儿童生长发育过程中性别间及各骨龄组间的差异。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the normal range and standard deviation of multiple cephalometric items in normal skeletal age stages of normal children in Shandong Province, and to study the growth and development of dental and cranio-craniofacial changes. Methods: A total of 172 normal Han and Han children from Shandong Province were selected. X-ray skull positioning lateral radiographs were taken. The images were processed by WinCeph 7.0 software. The bone age and site were measured. The data were analyzed by SPSS 18.0 software package . Results: The overall facial contour of men was larger than that of females. The mandibular plane rotated counterclockwise with the growth and development, and the males were more than females. The male anterior teeth were more inclined than the females and the lower anterior teeth were more erect than those of females. Gradually reduced; male lower lip thicker than women. CONCLUSION: The normal range and standard deviation of multiple Cephalometric items of normal children and adolescents in Shandong province are established, and the differences between the sexes and the bone age groups of normal children in Shandong Province are obtained.
