我国房地产金融监管主客体存在不同的收益和成本,由此导致了双方的利益取向存在一定偏差,这是我国房地产金融监管效果较差的原因。本文立足于经济学角度,借鉴前人对传统金融监管的论述,通过对房地产金融监管双方的成本与收益的分析,对我国房地产金融的监管提出了一些建议。
There are different benefits and costs for the subject and object of the regulation of real estate finance in our country. As a result, there is a certain deviation in the orientation of interests of both parties, which is the reason for the poor supervision effect of the real estate finance in our country. Based on the economics perspective, this article draws on the exposition of the predecessors on the traditional financial supervision. Through the analysis of the costs and benefits of the real estate financial supervision, this article puts forward some suggestions on the supervision of the real estate finance in our country.
