1.概述三峡工程初步设计将三峡水库蓄水分为:围堰挡水发电期、初期运行期和正常运行期。2003年水库蓄水至135 m水位,进入围堰挡水发电期;2007年蓄水至156 m水位,进入初期运行期;2009年枢纽工程完建,具备蓄水至正常蓄水位175 m的条件,仍按初期蓄水位运行。初期运行的历时,主要根据库区移民安置情况、库尾泥沙淤积实测观测成果以及重庆港泥沙淤积影响等情况,
1. Overview The preliminary design of the Three Gorges Project divides the Three Gorges Reservoir impoundment into: cofferdam retaining power generation period, initial operation period and normal operation period. In 2003, the reservoir was charged to a water level of 135 m and entered the cofferdam power generation period. In 2007, the reservoir was recharged to a water level of 156 m and entered the initial operation period. In 2009, the pivotal project was completed with a water storage capacity of 175 m Conditions, still according to the initial water level operation. The duration of the initial operation is mainly based on the resettlement situation of the reservoir area, the measured observation results of sediment deposition at the end of the reservoir, and the sediment deposition in Chongqing Municipality,
