采用0.2%的人参汤剂饲喂生理性肾虚的小鼠,并用3H-甲基掺入法测定了正常和生理性肾虚小鼠肝DNA甲基化酶的活力。结果证明:0.2%的人参汤剂能明显提高生理性肾虚小鼠肝细胞DNA甲基化酶的活力,具有延缓衰老的作用,为从分子生物学的角度探讨人参延缓衰老的机理提供了客观依据。
