结合我国现有的建筑评价标准和相关的技术评价体系,利用文献梳理和调查研究等方法初步确定了包括技术性指标、经济性指标、绿色可持续性指标的钢结构住宅施工与安装技术评价的指标体系;运用灰色关联聚类的评价方法对指标进行筛选,最终构建钢结构住宅施工与安装技术评价体系,为钢结构住宅施工技术的评价提供参考。
Combined with the existing building evaluation standards and related technical evaluation system in our country, the index of technical evaluation of construction and installation of steel structure residential buildings, including technical indicators, economic indicators and green sustainability indicators, has been initially determined through literature review and investigation. System; using gray relational clustering evaluation method to screen indicators, and finally build steel residential construction and installation technology evaluation system for the evaluation of steel structure residential construction technology to provide a reference.
