企业文化对企业发展的影响力已被大多数管理者所认识。培育各具特色的企业文化,对企业进行科学的管理,已经成为企业生存和持续发展的关键。企业文化理论的兴起,提供了观察企业运行的全新视觉,给企业管理带来了勃勃生机。正如《财富》杂志评论员文章所指出的,世界500强胜出其他企业的根本原因,就在于这些企业善于给他们的企业文化不断注入新的活力。据统计,目前占我国企业绝大多数的、充满着活力并具有巨大潜力的中小型民营企业,对国内生产总值的贡献已达三分之一以上。毋庸置疑,中小型民营企业将会是我国经济发展的主导力量。但就目前而言,他们中的大多数平均寿命只有2.9年。如何设计及实施企业文化成为中小型民营企业的关键。
The influence of corporate culture on business development has been recognized by most managers. Cultivating distinctive corporate culture and scientific management of the company has become the key to the survival and sustainable development of the company. The rise of corporate culture theory provides a new vision to observe the operation of an enterprise and brings vitality to enterprise management. As the Fortune magazine commentator pointed out, the fundamental reason why the Fortune 500 wins other companies is that these companies are good at injecting new vitality into their corporate culture. According to statistics, the small and medium-sized private enterprises that currently account for the overwhelming majority of Chinese enterprises, full of vitality and great potential, have contributed more than one-third of their GDP. Needless to say, small and medium-sized private enterprises will be the leading force in China’s economic development. But for the moment, most of them have an average life span of 2.9 years. How to design and implement corporate culture has become the key to small and medium-sized private enterprises.
