XC型湿栅式水膜除尘器运行中,因洗涤栅堵灰,故起不到除尘效果,有时甚至影响锅炉出力。为此,绝大多数电厂将洗涤栅拆除。这样,就造成捕滴器进口流速过低,大大影响了除尘效率。此型除尘器实际效率仅为60—70%(设计值应≈92%),有的电厂由于水质及管理不善等因素,效率降至55%,烟灰排放远远不能满足国家排放标准。一、原因分析我厂130t/h锅炉有XC—φ3100除尘器两台,已使用十余年,经分析,其影响除尘效率
