随着经济的快速发展,使用汽车的人数越来越多,汽车行业的发展使油田企业在经济发展中扮演的角色越来越重要。人力资源管理是油田企业在快速发展过程中,不可忽视的重要问题,而薪酬又是人力资源开发的重要手段。如何利用合理、科学、有效的薪酬激励机制激发员工的工作积极性和热情,是现代企业生存与发展的关键之所在。本文阐述了薪酬管理在企业人力资源管理中的重要作用,并在此基础上分析了当前我国油田企业薪酬管理中存在的问题,最后提出了加强油田企业人力资源薪酬管理的措施。
With the rapid economic development, the number of people using automobiles is increasing. The development of automobile industry makes oil companies play more and more important roles in economic development. Human resources management is an important issue that can not be ignored in the rapid development of oilfield enterprises, and salary is an important means of human resources development. How to use reasonable, scientific and effective remuneration incentive mechanism to motivate employees’ motivation and enthusiasm is the key to the survival and development of modern enterprises. This paper describes the important role of compensation management in the human resource management of an enterprise, and on this basis analyzes the existing problems in the compensation management of oilfield enterprises in China. Finally, it puts forward some measures to strengthen the compensation management of human resources in oilfield enterprises.
