目的讨论宫缩乏力性产后出血的护理干预对促进产妇产后康复的作用。方法现随机选取2015年6月—2016年11月该院收治的宫缩乏力性产后出血患者64例,分为实验组32例,对照组32例,对照组采取常规护理模式,实验组在对照组的基础上进行综合护理干预,对两组患者的治疗有效率、止血时间以及住院时间进行对比和分析。结果实验组患者治疗有效率明显高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者止血时间以及住院时间明显短于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在护理宫缩乏力性产后出血患者的过程中给予综合护理干预可有效的提高治疗有效率,缩短住院时间以及成功止血时间,降低了不良反应的发生率,有利于患者病情恢复,可在临床广泛推广和应用。
Objective To discuss the effect of nursing intervention for postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine inertia on promoting maternal postpartum rehabilitation. Methods Sixty-four patients with uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage admitted in our hospital from June 2015 to November 2016 were randomly selected and divided into experimental group (32 cases) and control group (32 cases). The control group received routine nursing mode. In the control group, Group based on comprehensive nursing intervention, the two groups of patients with treatment efficiency, bleeding time and hospital stay for comparison and analysis. Results The effective rate of treatment in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). The bleeding time and hospitalization time in experimental group were significantly shorter than those in control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Nursing uterine inertia postpartum hemorrhage in patients with comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the treatment efficiency, shorter hospital stay and successful hemostasis time, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, is conducive to the recovery of patients, can be clinically Extensive promotion and application.
