兴古潜山设计“四段七层、纵叠平错、平直组合”立体井网的开发部署。施工中存在:油层厚、可钻性差、井下温度高、轨迹控制难、分层分段完井等技术难题,钻井工程针对难题开展了:MRC钻井方案、井身结构优化、非常规尺寸耐高温个性化钻头选型、ECP选择性完井等一系列技术攻关,创新和完善了叠置式水平井钻完井工艺技术配套,在变质岩潜山开发史上取得了新突破,对同类油藏的开发具有重大借鉴意义。
