客户细分的核心是指标体系,选取不同的指标作为细分标准,将产生不同的分类结果,反映企业不同的经营战略目标。传统客户细分体系不能够很好地满足煤炭运销调运客户细分的要求。以客户价值为核心、兼顾分析客户行为特征的方法构建煤炭运销调运客户细分指标体系,有助于煤炭企业有效识别客户,从而有效地指导煤炭企业运销调运决策的制定。
The core of customer segmentation is the index system. Choosing different indexes as the segmentation standards will produce different classification results and reflect the different business strategy objectives of the enterprise. The traditional customer segmentation system can not well meet the requirements of transporting and distributing customer segments of coal. Customer value as the core, taking into account the analysis of customer behavior characteristics of the building of coal transportation and distribution customer segmentation indicator system helps coal companies to effectively identify customers, so as to effectively guide the development of coal enterprises, transportation and transportation decisions.
