参照ECE/R66法规和我国GB/T17578-1998法规中的相关试验要求,建立了某6120型高床大客车车身骨架有限元模型和带蒙皮的整车车身有限元模型,通过车身立柱变形量和能量吸收情况两项指标,对比分析客车蒙皮对侧翻碰撞仿真分析结果的影响程度。仿真分析结果表明:客车蒙皮在侧翻碰撞仿真分析中对车身前后端立柱的变形量影响程度较大,故在利用有限元仿真分析方法检验客车上部结构强度时,不能忽略客车蒙皮的影响。
With reference to the relevant ECE / R66 regulations and the relevant test requirements in GB / T17578-1998, a finite element model of a 6120 high-bed bus body skeleton and a finite element model of a car body with a skin are established. Through the deformation of the car body column and Energy absorption of the two indicators, comparative analysis of passenger car skin impact analysis of rollover crash simulation results. The simulation results show that the influence of passenger car skin can not be neglected when using the finite element simulation analysis method to test the superstructure strength of passenger cars because the passenger car skin has a great influence on the deformation of front and rear end pillars in the simulation analysis of rollover crash. .
