我厂生产的HB7-6弹簧钩74年底在电镀过程中断裂10余件。零件系用直径3毫米的50CrVA钢丝所作。断裂部位如图1及图3所示。断口的表面大部复盖着一层镉金属,只有一个角上的最后断裂处没有复盖层,如图2箭头所示深色部为无复盖层的最后断裂区。在研究了该零件电镀时的受力状态后认为,断裂可能是应力腐蚀开裂。
I plant the HB7-6 spring hook 74 at the end of the plating process in the fracture of more than 10 pieces. Parts made with 3 mm diameter 50CrVA steel wire. Fracture site shown in Figure 1 and Figure 3. The surface of the fracture is covered with a layer of cadmium metal. Only the last fracture in one corner has no overburden. As shown by the arrow in Figure 2, the dark part is the last fault zone without overburden. After studying the stress state of this part when electroplating, the fracture may be stress corrosion cracking.
