本文揭示了代际外部性问题存在的根源,借鉴解决行为外部性及代际外部性问题的一般方法,在对前人研究的基础上,就如何有效地解决资源代际配置中的代际外部性问题进行了理论探讨。提出通过对资源进行“与社会技术发展速度相匹配的资源定价”这一创新性的方式来调节资源在代际之间的合理配置,解决代际外部性问题,以促进可持续发展的实现。
This article reveals the root causes of the intergenerational externality problem, draws on the general methods to solve the problem of behavioral externality and intergenerational externality, and on the basis of previous studies, on how to effectively solve the problem of intergenerational intergenerational Sexual issues were discussed theoretically. It puts forward that the innovative way of “resources pricing matching with the speed of social technology development” should be adopted to adjust the rational allocation of resources across generations and to solve the problem of intergenerational externalities so as to promote the realization of sustainable development.
