通过对国内外高等学校教学评估体系的了解与研究,总结多年来学生评教的经验和不足,运用del-phi7研制出的符合高等体育教育特点,含有操作简便的学、术科区分的“多人一表式”评估表;可提供用户根据需要进行自我调控的友好界面;数据统计快捷、准确,评价客观、全面的北京体育大学学生评教系统。经过两年的实际应用和修改完善,系统应用效果良好。利用学生评教信息可以对教师的教学情况有一个比较全面和深层次的了解与认识,为学校决策层提供教学发展方面的重要信息。学生评教工作对推动学校教学改革,提高教学质量起到了积极的作用。
Through the understanding and research of teaching evaluation system in colleges and universities at home and abroad, the author summarizes the experiences and shortcomings of teaching evaluation of students over the years. By using del-phi7, which is compatible with higher physical education, A form of "assessment form; users can provide self-regulation according to the needs of the friendly interface; data statistics fast, accurate, objective evaluation, evaluation of Beijing University of Physical Education evaluation system. After two years of practical application and modification and improvement, the system has achieved good results. The use of student assessment information can provide a more comprehensive and deep understanding of teachers’ teaching situations and provide important information for the school’s decision-making in teaching development. Student evaluation of teaching work to promote school teaching reform, improve teaching quality has played a positive role.
