2013年是全面深化改革的第一年,同时进入“十二五”关键的第四年,刚刚闭幕的中央经济工作会议因此格外引人瞩目。会议为2014年我国经济发展定下的基调是要坚持稳中求进、改革创新。正确把握中央经济工作会议的要旨,全面贯彻落实十八届三中全会精神,对于亟待提升发展质量的石油和化工行业深化调结构、转方式,将起到至关重要的引领作用。
In 2013, the first year of comprehensively deepening the reform while entering the fourth year of key “12th Five-Year Plan”, the recently concluded Central Economic Work Conference has drawn special attention. The keynote set by the meeting for the economic development of our country in 2014 is to adhere to steady progress, reform and innovation. Correctly grasping the essence of the Central Economic Work Conference and fully implementing the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee will play a crucial leading role in deepening the restructuring and transformation of the petroleum and chemical industry in urgent need of improving the quality of development.
