稻壳灰硅酸锂是一种新型的高温CO_2吸附剂。本文以稻壳灰为硅源制备稻壳灰硅酸锂,通过测定其动力学性能参数并结合重整反应的数值模拟方法,建立了锂基吸附强化乙醇水蒸气重整制气的动力学模型。模拟与实验结果吻合。结果表明,通过吸附强化作用,反应出口气体组分中的H_2含量大幅度提高,其他组分特别是CO_2,CO的含量大幅度下降,系统能量状况也得到了一定程度的改善。通过对比可以发现,在适当的反应物停留时间下,对于水醇比4:1的吸附强化重整反应,650℃是最佳的操作温度。
Rice hull ash lithium silicate is a new type of high temperature CO 2 adsorbent. In this paper, rice hull ash lithium silicate was prepared by using rice husk ash as silicon source. The dynamic model of lithium-based adsorption-enhanced steam reforming with ethanol was established by measuring kinetic performance parameters and combining with the numerical simulation of reforming reaction. . The simulation is consistent with the experimental results. The results show that the content of H 2 in the gas components at the outlet of the reaction increases greatly by adsorption and the content of other components, especially CO 2 and CO, decreases drastically, and the energy status of the system has also been improved to a certain extent. By comparison, it can be found that 650 ° C is the optimum operating temperature for the sorption-intensive reforming reaction with a water-alcohol ratio of 4: 1 at the appropriate residence time of the reactants.
