最近几年,我国传统企业的生存和发展面临着诸多问题与挑战,移动互联网随着智能手机的普及而迅猛发展,在诸多领域如零售、新闻、图书等,对传统的商业模式产生了很大的冲击。在这样的背景下,越来越多的传统传媒企业开始了互联网转型之路,本文选取2014年度国内重大并购事件之一,中文传媒收购智明星通作为分析案例,衡量个案中我国传统传媒企业进行“互联网+”转型收购绩效,分析“互联网+”收购表象下的实质,为中国传统行业上市公司的“互联网+”转型升级提供一定借鉴与参考。
