本刊讯为进一步贯彻落实十届人大五次会议关于“发展节能省地环保型建筑,形成具有中国特点的住房建设和消费模式”的精神,推广大连市在国家康居示范工程、“四节一环保”、环境友好型住宅建设方面的成功经验。6月28日～29日,全国住宅与房地产行业的700 余位代表汇聚美丽的北方海滨城市大连,参加了国家康居住宅示范工程现场观摩会暨《住宅产业》杂志“大有杯”优秀论文评选颁奖典礼。
In order to further implement the spirit of the Fifth Session of the Tenth National People’s Congress on “developing environment-friendly buildings that are energy-efficient and environmentally-friendly, forming a housing construction and consumption pattern with Chinese characteristics,” we are promoting the development of the Dalian Healthy Home Demonstration Project, “Four sections of a green”, the successful experience of environmentally friendly housing construction. From June 28 to June 29, more than 700 delegates from the residential and real estate industries in the country gathered in Dalian, a beautiful coastal city in northern China.
