热轧大型H型钢是典型的非线性塑性大变形过程,由于现场轧制条件的限制,轧件及轧辊的内部信息很难实现即时提取。本文基于有限元软件ABAQUS,以自定制应用程序的方式开发了大型H型钢热轧过程的仿真系统,通过参数化输入,实现了前处理建模、任务提交分析以及结果信息提取等整个分析流程的自动化,该系统可模拟轧制过程中弹性轧辊及轧件内部的应力、应变、温度场和金属流动等结果。以HN900×300型钢的轧制为例,验证了系统的正确性及可靠性。
Large-scale hot-rolled H-beam is a typical nonlinear plastic deformation process, due to the constraints of on-site rolling conditions, rolling and rolling the internal information is very difficult to achieve real-time extraction.
