提出了一种改善有机PTC导电材料电性能重复稳定性的新途径,即在发热体材料中导入一种与碳黑粒子表面有亲和性的极性接枝物作为第三组分,使其在界面形成一种所谓“束缚组成物”或“相互贯入型树脂组成物”,使碳黑粒子在基体中分散稳定。实验表明,该法可以消除NTC效应,提高电阻稳定性及PTC强度。从基体与导电粒子表面相互作用的观点作了解释。
A new way to improve the repeatability of the electrical properties of organic PTC conductive materials is proposed. That is, a polar graft with affinity to the surface of carbon black particles is introduced into the heating material as the third component, A so-called “binding composition” or “interpenetrating resin composition” is formed at the interface to disperse and stabilize the carbon black particles in the matrix. Experiments show that this method can eliminate the NTC effect, improve resistance stability and PTC strength. Explained from the viewpoint of the interaction between the substrate and the surface of the conductive particles.
