目的探讨不同贮藏温度和包装材料对附子种根含水率及发芽率的影响,筛选出适宜附子种根贮藏的温度及包装材料,为附子种根的安全贮藏提供参考。方法采用不同的贮藏温度和包装材料贮藏附子种根,贮藏不同时间后测定种根的含水率及发芽率,并动态监测种根的发芽情况。结果 4℃冰箱贮藏较10℃恒温贮藏的附子种根含水率、发芽率高,编织袋包装较网袋包装的附子种根含水率、发芽率较高,发芽速度快。结论在4℃冰箱储藏的条件下,使用编织袋储藏作为附子种根的包装材料,种根的贮藏效果最佳。
Objective To investigate the effects of different storage temperature and packaging materials on the water content and germination rate of the root of A. monkshood and to screen the temperature and packaging materials for the root tuber of A. monkshood for reference. Methods Different kinds of storage temperature and packaging materials were used to store the root of the aconite. After storage for different time, the moisture content and germination rate of the root were measured, and the germination of the root was dynamically monitored. Results The moisture content of the root of Aconitum frutescens stored in refrigerator at 4 ℃ was higher than that at 10 ℃. The germination rate was high. The moisture content of the root of Aconitum mongolica was higher in woven bag than net bag. The germination rate was higher and germination speed was faster. Conclusion Under the condition of refrigerator storage at 4 ℃, the storage effect of the seedling root is the best when using the woven bag as the packing material for the root of A. monkshood.
