研究了淬回火加热方式、淬回火温度、淬回火保温时间等因素对20MnSi热轧盘条力学性能和微观组织的影响,提出了生产高强钢筋的合宜的热处理工艺。
The effects of quenching and tempering heating method, quenching and tempering temperature, quenching and tempering holding time on the mechanical properties and microstructure of 20MnSi hot-rolled steel bars were studied. A suitable heat treatment process for producing high strength steel bars was proposed.
