设计变更在工程施工过程中时常发生,承包商应重视每一项设计变更,并根据合同条款和工程具体情况,对设计变更可能造成的工程成本变化进行分析。设计变更是承包商提出修改合同条款或进行合理索赔的有利条件。
Design changes often occur in the construction process. The contractor should pay attention to every design change. According to the contract terms and the specific conditions of the project, the project cost changes caused by the design changes may be analyzed.
