一般耐高压的锡青铜铸件,因为受到凝固特性的影响,在树枝状结晶晶界之间的产生缩孔;加上铜合金熔液具有强烈的吸氧性,因此容易使铸件的内部产生分散的孔隙而压漏。这个缺点,在很多工厂都是普遍存在的,浪费了国家大量的有色金属。我们通过试验,学习苏联先进经验,改进了熔化配料方法和铸造工艺,显著地减少了铸件因压漏而造成的废品。
