目的:研究芫花Daphne genkwa根的化学成分,并筛选其生物活性。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱,凝胶柱色谱等手段,结合理化性质和波谱数据,对芫花根的乙酸乙酯萃取部分的化合物进行分离鉴定。结果:从芫花根中分离得到了16个化合物,分别鉴定为二氢瑞香素乙(dihydrodaphnodorin B,1),荛花醇A(wikstrol A,2),瑞香酚(stelleranol,3),毛瑞香素D2(daphnodorin D2,4),毛瑞香素D1(daphnodorin D1,5),毛瑞香素A(daphnodorin A,6),O-methyledgeworin(7),clemaphenol A(8),1β-hydroxy-10βH-guaia-4,11-dien-3-one(9),1αH,10αH,7αH-guaia-4,11-dien-3-one(10),1,5-diphenylpentan-1-hydroxy-3-one(11),oleodaphnone(12),S-(+)-1,5-diphenylpentan-3-hydroxy-1-one(13),8-hydroxypluviatolide(14),表木栓醇(epifriedelanol,15),5α-stigmast-9(11)-en-3β-ol(16)。生物活性筛选结果表明,化合物1,2,6对金黄色葡萄球菌有抑制作用。结论:化合物1~6,10,12,13首次从芫花中分离得到,化合物11,15首次从瑞香属中分离得到,化合物7~9,14,16首次从瑞香科中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Daphne genkwa roots and screen their biological activity. Methods: Compounds of ethyl acetate extraction from the roots of Daphne genkwa were isolated and identified by silica gel column chromatography, gel column chromatography, and physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results: Sixteen compounds were isolated from the roots of Daphne genkwa and identified as dihydrodaphnodorin B (1), wikstrol A (2), stelleranol (3) Daphnodorin D2,4, daphnodorin D1,5, daphnodorin A (6), O-methyledgeworin (7), clemaphenol A (8), 1β-hydroxy-10βH- guaia-4,11-dien-3-one (9), 1αH, 10αH, 7αH-guaia-4,11- dien-3-one (10), 1,5-diphenylpentan-1-hydroxy- 11, epodriehnol (12), S - (+) - 1,5-diphenylpentan-3-hydroxy- stigmast-9 (11) -en-3β-ol (16). Biological activity screening results show that compounds 1,2,6 Staphylococcus aureus has an inhibitory effect. Conclusion: Compounds 1-6, 10, 12 and 13 were isolated from Daphne genkwa for the first time. Compounds 11 and 15 were isolated from the genus Daphne for the first time. Compounds 7 to 9, 14 and 16 were isolated from Daphne konjac for the first time.
