目的:探讨分光光度法测定柴胡中金属元素含量的可行性,并阐述柴胡的药效与金属元素含量可能存在的关系。方法:根据不同的金属离子与特定显色剂显色,产生可见光吸收,采用分光光度法平行测定人发标准品及柴胡中金属元素的含量。结果:柴胡中含丰富的微量金属元素,其中铁含量最高470.05 mg/kg,锌为138.53 mg/kg,铜为63.33 mg/kg。结论:分光光度法操作简便、测量快速、结果准确,易推广使用。柴胡的药效与其中的金属元素种类及含量可能存在密切的联系。
Objective: To explore the feasibility of spectrophotometric determination of metal element content in Bupleurum chinense and to elucidate the possible relationship between its efficacy and metal element content. Methods: According to different metal ions and a specific color reagent to produce visible light absorption, the spectrophotometric method was used to determine the content of metal elements in human hair standards and Bupleurum. RESULTS: Bupleurum was rich in trace metals, with the highest iron content of 470.05 mg/kg, zinc 138.53 mg/kg, and copper 63.33 mg/kg. Conclusion: Spectrophotometry is simple, rapid, accurate and easy to use. The efficacy of Bupleurum may be closely related to the type and content of metal elements.
